Stephen J Eisenberg

As one of the founding members of Eisenberg Law, Stephen J. Eisenberg has been with the firm since its inception in 1983. As a part of the team of 6 lawyers at Eisenberg Law, Steve brings years of experience working on personal injurycivil litigation, and criminal cases in Wisconsin.

After earning his law degree from the University of Wisconsin, Steve began practicing law in Madison where he was responsible for one of Dane County’s largest jury awards of $12.7 million. Steve is regarded in the area as one of Madison’s Best Lawyers and a Wisconsin SuperLawyer.  In December 2013 Steve was selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys in the State of Wisconsin.  In 2018, Steve was named a Nation’s Top One Percent Lawyer by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. In 2019 Steve was selected to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® for 2019, an award only given to less than one-half percent (0.5%) of active attorneys in the United State.
